Once completed and submitted, you will be rerouted to another page giving information about team picture day, packages, a la carte, and product prices.

The information from this submission will connect you to your athlete when their photo is taken. Once the images are uploaded from the session, you will receive an email and text message with a code unique to your athlete. Emails and text messages are automated unless I send one personally.
